Men's Ministry
Lead: Elder Ben Alexander
The Men’s Ministry exists to develop strong, God-fearing men who lead their families, workplaces, and communities with integrity, faith, and wisdom. Through Bible studies, fellowship gatherings, mentorship, and service projects, this ministry encourages men to grow spiritually, support one another, and serve as godly examples in all areas of life.
Youth Ministry
Lead: Taylor Hamilton
The Youth Ministry is committed to guiding young people in their walk with Christ by providing a safe and engaging space where they can grow spiritually, develop leadership skills, and form strong Christian friendships. Through Bible teaching, mentorship, activities, and youth events, this ministry seeks to build a generation that is bold in faith and confident in their God-given identity.
Outreach Ministry
Lead: Minister Octavia Williams and Minister Kim Branch
The Outreach Ministry is the hands and feet of Jesus, reaching beyond the church walls to serve, uplift, and transform lives in the community. Through feeding programs, clothing drives, evangelism, community service, and mission work, this ministry ensures that the love of Christ is demonstrated through action, bringing hope and healing to those in need.
Women's Ministry
Lead: Claudia Pollard
The Women’s Ministry is dedicated to empowering, equipping, and encouraging women to grow in their faith and live out their God-given purpose. Through prayer meetings, discipleship, conferences, and community outreach, this ministry provides a supportive sisterhood where women are strengthened in their faith, relationships, and personal development.
Couples Ministry
Lead: Minister Stacey and Octavia Williams
The Couples Ministry serves to strengthen and support marriages by providing Biblical teaching, marriage enrichment activities, counseling, and fellowship opportunities. Whether newlyweds or seasoned couples, this ministry encourages healthy, Christ-centered relationships, equipping couples with the tools to navigate marriage with faith, love, and unity.
Media
Lead: Dr. Darricka Alexander
The Media Ministry plays a vital role in spreading the Gospel by utilizing technology, creativity, and digital platforms to reach both the church family and the wider community. This ministry is responsible for Managing microphones, sound systems, lighting, capturing, producing, and sharing content that enhances worship experience, engages the congregation, and expands the reach of the church beyond its walls. Managing the church’s presence on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and the church website.
New Members Training
Lead: Minister Octavia Williams

The New Member Training program is designed to welcome, equip, and empower individuals as they transition into the Better Life Church family. This training provides a solid foundation in faith, church values, and active participation, ensuring that every new member feels connected, informed, and spiritually strengthened.
